At RUK Cosmetics, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof such as photos or videos. Returns are not accepted for opened or used products or for change-of-mind purchases. Once approved, customers will receive a replacement or a refund within 5–10 working days. Return shipping costs are covered only if the issue is due to our error.
